When can I expect a response to my questions/order?
We strive to respond by email to all inquiries and orders within 24-48 hours.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
If all the required information as been submitted by you when ordering and payment has been made, you should receive your order within 7-14 business days. If the products you choose are out of stock, we will advise you as soon as possible and your credit card will not be charged. At each stage of the order/shipping process, the timely submission of complete and accurate information will expedite the prompt delivery of the product.
How can I track my order after it has been shipped from the warehouse?
After you place your order, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your order and provide you with an order number, which allows you to check on your order status via our shipping partner.
How does order tracking work?
We will email you with an airmail tracking number depending on which option you use to ship your products. It normally takes 3-7 days to ship the products by courier. Transit times vary according to destination. We will provide you with a reference number and you can check your parcel via the shipper websites.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards through the online payment gateway on our website. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We do not charge your credit card until we confirm your order and ship the product from our warehouse.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return it, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product. All damaged and/or unsatisfactory items should be returned to us in full. You will be responsible for shipping and other handling charges, as well as taxes and tariffs from your side. Email us at info@mywiseguides.com and explain the problem and we will be in touch at the earliest opportunity.
Can I modify or change my order?
If, for any reason, you would like to change or cancel an order already submitted, please notify us by email as soon as possible at info@mywiseguides.com. However, if the order has been shipped from our warehouse you will not be able to change or cancel the order.
